Uza Direct brings recent market and regulatory innovations and flexibility options together to create service provider solutions that offers ridesharing, hire car, shuttle and bus services for personal and group travellers.
WHY USE US?
Uza Direct is unique in this local market in providing a Canberra based contact centre service (we call it the command centre) that maintains contact with both the customer and the driver service provider (DSP).
The command centre is manned during core business hours and we manage customer pickup times. The command centre is also there to assist the customer and DSP in dealing with lost property and all those unforeseen events which can lead to unscheduled delays and travel glitches.
